Director of Sales and Marketing

I began my career in senior living in 2004 and joined Bethesda Senior Living Communities in 2018. I have worn many hats since 2004: volunteer candy striper, assistant community director, assistant administrator, transportation director, HUD recertification coordinator, move-in coordinator, sales director, activity director and business office director. I feel my varied experience helps assist families during their search for senior living. What I enjoy most about my beautiful community is our amazing residents who have welcomed me and made me a part of their family. I look forward to every resident interaction, meeting new families, hearing life stories and forming new friendships and pray that God uses me to help those in need.


Ginger Hanlon

Executive Director

I began serving seniors 24 years ago at a skilled nursing facility. After 13 years in that setting, I found my way to assisted living; where I have spent the last 11 years. During this time, I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from University of Phoenix.
I feel it is a privilege to work where residents call home, with a strong team of people that have the same passion and commitment of caring for seniors. Daily we strive to make Bethesda Gardens of Phoenix the best place to live, work, and call home. My four children and one granddaughter keep me busy in my spare time. My husband and I also enjoy hiking and riding any off road vehicles in the beautiful Arizona desert.
